I'm happy to say that one of my flash fiction stories was just published in Tiny Molecules. I wrote "The Hand Remembers" last summer, in the middle of the George Floyd protests (sirens unspooling on the 10 freeway), COVID-19, and the California fires. This story is a good example of how I try to mix the present and the past into a strange, disorienting concoction. (The times indeed were strange and disorienting.) Here's a link. Thanks for reading!
